Delete individual notes
To remove specific notes, open My Notes in your account, select the notebook or page, and choose Delete. Deleting a note also removes its extracted text and search vectors used by the AI.
Delete your entire account
Follow these steps to permanently delete your account and associated data:
- Email us from your registered email address using the Contact page (choose “General inquiry”).
- Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.
- We’ll verify the request and confirm before proceeding.
- Your account and data are permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and login details.
- Your uploaded notes (images/PDFs), extracted text, and search vectors.
- Your learning activity — doubts, quizzes, concept lists and progress.
- Your marketplace listings that have not been purchased.
What we may retain
We may retain limited records where legally required — for example, payment and tax records, and transaction records for notes already purchased by other users. Notes another student has already purchased remain available to that buyer as a read-only notebook.
